Dear Between Sessions Community,
First, a heartfelt thank you. What began as a resource for CBT therapists has blossomed into a thriving community of nearly 600 professionals using evidence-based therapy across multiple countries.
It’s so exciting to have a global community, and your engagement and support have made this growth possible.
Exciting News: Localised Industry Updates

United Kingdom
United States & Canada
New Zealand & Australia
What does this mean for you? More targeted, actionable information that directly applies to your practice environment, licensing requirements, and local therapy landscape.
